No, all visits are paid for in advance by cheque, direct deposit or PayPal.
What do you do?
We arrange a social visit and spend time doing activities your loved one enjoys.
What if my relative doesn’t enjoy the visit?
We would like to find out why this happened and will discuss it with you.
Do you offer personal assistance?
Our visits are purely social – we don’t offer any medical or personal assistance.
How do I know if my relative is okay?
You will receive a short feedback form after each visit.
Can we talk before setting up a visit?
We’re happy to discuss what we can do for you.
Can you help us stay in touch with our relative?
Yes we can pass on information to you.
Do you visit everyone?
