We visit residents for one hour in care facilities and retirement villages at a mutually agreed time.
Our hours of operation (actual visiting time and not travelling time) are between 9:30am and 4:30pm, and from 6pm to 7.30pm, on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Our role is to keep someone company for an hour. We do not offer any other personal services or assistance.
We operate in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
We do not provide our visiting service where travel time exceeds 1 hour either way (that is 2 hours of travel, 1 hour of quality time, 3 hours all up).
We do not give a refund for a visit should the recipient decline the visit when we arrive, or up to 24 hours prior to an agreed time.
We will refund pro-rata if we arrive late or leave early and cannot deliver the entire hour.
We meet at the agreed place, and we do not take the recipient of the visit out of the facility or village.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse and violence.
